Service: 4 Quality: 5 The location offers an AYCE shabu menu with 3 options: 25.99, 35.99, and 45.99. The whole table must order the same options and the dining time limit is 90mins. We went right at opening so the wait to be seated wasn't that long. Our server explained the menu and took out the first round of orders. I recommend the Beef Toro out of all the meat selections. In addition, they offer sushi as well. In the first round, we got everything we ordered but in the 2nd and 3rd rounds a lot of our items were missing. All orders are served with 2 meat options, a bowl of vegetables, and sauce. Condiments are only provided when requested (garlic, green onion).

AYCE with a great price! Sooo affordable and I love the variety! From choosing any soup base without having to pay extra, to having sushi rolls and appetizers included. Service was fast and quality of meats and veggies were good.

TLDR: It's decent in more ways than one, but it lacks the hook that I find in restaurants that makes me want to come back for more. Food: This middle tier AYCE is fine. You get a good assortment of meats to choose from and a bunch of other stuff that are okay. Problem with hotpot is the taste of the meats will eventually get so similar that the eating experience becomes a choice on how lean you want the next round of meats to be. The soups were decent but I would recommend mixing it up for things to not get stale. Overall, it's worth a try, but I've had better Service: It's solid. No complaints from me. Was there a time I felt that our table wasn't getting refilled? Yes. Am I gonna complain about it? No. Ambiance: It's a classic hotpot place that serves alcohol. Parking is easy and the seats are plentiful enough. Parties of 5-6 will have no problems eating here.

I would come to their Irvine location as a kid, and the nostalgia still fills my heart when I sit down here. It's an all-you-can-eat place, so order up! Now, their meats are fantastic, but you cannot forget about their sides as well. We ordered a bunch of beef belly and pork belly, which came out super quick and tasted awesome. Look at that marbling! They have a myriad of dope sides. Chicken wings, gyoza, fish balls, and even tempura shrimp and spicy tuna rolls? The variety is insane. Something about those chicken wings gets me every time. So I get it...everytime. The beef belly comes sprinkled with green onions, sesame seeds, and sesame oil. The fragrance alone is enough to make your mouth gush and your throat hush. Give it a dip in your hot broth and enjoy it with either the ponzu or goma (or sesame) sauce. P.S. If you like it spicy, ask for some hot drops in your sauce! After a gargantuan meal, they also offer you ice cream! Gosh, they really thought of everything here. Such sweet staff serves succulent sustenance for your silly self! We always get our fill here, and with our friends, it's no different! Visit this joint, and eat your fill, maybe drink a lil, and sit and chill! Come on down and give them some love at House of Shabu Shabu!

We arrived for a late dinner near closing time. The place was busy, but we were still promptly greeted, seated, and served. We sat in the bar area for easier and faster ordering, and although it was near closing time, we were not rushed. Definitely great customer service! There were 3 options to choose from for the AYCE with a 90-minute time limit. There are great item options in each and not overly priced (A $26, B $36, C $46). We chose option B with Szechuan style beef broth extra spicy. Everything we ordered was fresh and tasted great! We really enjoyed the hot night roll, eel sushi, salmon sashimi, shabu sushi, and kobe steak. We also ordered unfiltered sake, which was very nice. The ambiance is very chill, the staff were all very nice and friendly. My only con, although I appreciated how thoroughly they cleaned everything after each person, the cleaning products had a very strong smell. Minus the strong cleaning smell, everything was great, so I will surely return. P.s. There's parking available in front.

One of my favorite places to meet friends to get Shabu. The original location in Irvine burned down but this location is much bigger though a longer drive. Service is excellent and prices are very competitive. 3 different levels of meats. We usually go for the basic level which includes pork and beef belly, rib eye, fish chicken and other beef cuts. Plenty to satisfy our taste buds. Love the veggies they offer and broth is top notch. Definitely get the wings and spicy tuna roll for the sides. Highly recommend.

This is my kids go to Shabu place. They love it here. We come here often. I always have a great experience here. They have a really good All You Can eat menu. We always go with top one. Better meat selection. This place is always busy and packed, but the staff is awesome. They work fast. They are on point. They are always coming to the table to take your order. There is a 90min time limit. Plenty of space. My only complaint would be meat quality. They serve very thin slices of meat. I know it's all you can eat so that isn't the issue because I can order as much as I want within my time limit. The problem is the meat disappears when cooking it lol. You have to cook multiple pieces together. I really enjoyed their tonkotsu broth. It was actually spicy garlic tonkotsu. 10/10.
